1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jililive2 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, payment systems, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jililive2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jililive2 may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jililive2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jililive2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jililive2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jililive2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Account registration is subject to identity verification ("KYC") procedures. jililive2 may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jililive2 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jililive2 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jililive2 wallet instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• jililive2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jililive2 account.
• jililive2 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• jililive2 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jililive2 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jililive2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers, betting syndicates, and players using automated betting systems are not eligible for bonuses.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jililive2 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by jililive2 or any player.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. jililive2 will not reverse or alter game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jililive2 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililive2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jililive2 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jililive2 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jililive2 staff or other players.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or odds.

jililive2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jililive2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jililive2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

12 Termination

jililive2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At jililive2's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, jililive2 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your jililive2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13 Disputes
